Day or Emmons

Post by Frank Palani Baum »

Back in 1962 Jimmy Day came with Ray Price
to the NCO Club in Vilseck/Germany(Grafenwohr).
I played a four Neck String Master at this time(no Pedals).
He wrote his setup down for me and I bought a "Fender 1000" short after.
Through all the years, till today I play "Day setup" on the E9th Neck.
On the 6th Neck, I don't play the standard
setup anyway, I use all 8 Floor Pedals and four knee levers for it.
Beside the Pedal Steel,I play 8string "non
Pedal Steel" tuned to B11th and I record Hawaiian Music with those Guitars.

Aloha Frank,

Welcome to the Steel Guitar Forum.

I know you have at least 1 album or more for sale. Perhaps you should list them in the
"Buy and Sell" area of the Forum and let us know how we can order them. Also let us know what methods of payment you will accept.
