If I may chime in as a member of the UMGF forum...
If memory serves me correctly, when Steve (a.k.a. Fearless Leader) made some needed changes to the board, he took it out due to lack of interest/participation. I must tell you though, it was because of the "steeler's corner" that I am now taking steel lessons, own a Fessenden S-10, found out about & joined this forum. Steve was also instrumental in getting me started on the right foot. The "steeler's corner" struck up my long past curiosity of the steel and I knew it was now or never, so I made the leap and never looked back. Thanks Steve.

Actually folks....It got very little traffic so I moved all of the threads into general musical topics. I enjoy talking about steel but really, b0bs forum is the place I see as the place for it. This is the first anyone mentioned me consolidating the forum, so I felt that it was justified. If you feel strongly about this, let me know and I can put it back in. If anyone wishes to comment you can email me directly so we don't use b0bs space to conduct TUMGF business.
