Hello there. Im new Fessy user and im wondering if Jerry Fessenden is still around Burlington/Montpellier Vermont for Fessenden tune ups/help or repair. I try to contact him a few weeks ago and no answer" Anybody know if he's still around the east coast and well? Thanks

Fessenden have not been manufactured for a while now. Jerry has retired. The only service center i know of in Canada, is us at Outwest Music in Bassano, AB. However, I am sure there is someone more local to you that knows a thing or two about steel guitars. If you would like to talk steels please call, text, email us
