Reggie, you've made a BIG MISTAKE!!!!
You've let the steel guitar world know how absolutely great you are! You are going to start getting threatening emails from people that are jealous of you, like Robert did. hehe. Oh well, just take it as a compliment, cause that's what it is.
The truth is, you're very very good! It gave me chills.

If any of you guys are coming through the South Louisiana area, let me know. I'd like to buy you a catfish buffet, and might even let you play for your supper. If you play the Day setup, you can play mine. If you play the Emmons setup, well I guess you can play yours. My telephone number is (601)684-9723. Our website, currently being redesigned, is www.countryvillage.com

Kenny, it is a long way, but come on down.
I have been overwhelmed with emails from all over the world about this little clip. It has been a great encouragement to a Mississippi fella. Thanks so much!
I was told today that this clip has been downloaded nearly 3,000 times.
[This message was edited by Reggie Duncan on 23 July 2002 at 09:57 PM.]

I keep on wondering whether to take the time and money to buy and learn Pedals.
That first solo section where you are playing two complete lines plus bass just about makes up my mind.
If that sort of stuff is possible, then a pedal steel will do what I want to hear.
Whether I will ever be able to make a Pedal Steel do that is another matter, but it will be fun finding out!

Cheers!

That's a pretty good drive from Leesville, La, but it would be worth the trip to hear more. And I'll buy the catfish buffet. That has more soul than anything I've heard!
