More Trot More....Mr. T made his first guitar for Jerry Byrd. Jerry was so impressed that he stopped playing his Rickenbacker...which he had played for 17 years.He told Mr.T..he could probably sell hundreds of them.!!!! The sale price in those days was about $175.00. Jerry used the Trotmore on records featuring the following artists: Goldie Hill (Decca), Rex Allen (Decca),Yvonne O'Day (Capitol), Davis Sisters (Victor), Tommy Sand (Victor) and his own recordings on Mercury. Unfortunately, J.B. didn't give me the names of the particular songs.
